  • Field Trip is back! On Tuesday, July 30th, Good Luck takes the show (down) the road, setting up shop outside the Stone-Tolan House for an epicurean picnic. Joined by chefs Andreas Petsos (Cure), Ryan Simpson (Good Luck), Paul Langlois (Lucky's), Evan Starken (Jackrabbit Club), and Taylor Wilde (Wildflour), chef Dan Martello and our family have a masterful al fresco meal in the works, to be served with wine pairings, family-style at a communal table that will stretch across the beautiful landscape of the Stone-Tolan Historic Site grounds. Witness culinary artistry, outside under the stars. A meal not to miss, and impossible to forget!

The Stone-Tolan House Historic Site is the oldest place in the county. For over 200 years, it’s been many things to many people. To Orringh and Elizabeth Stone it was home and work; a farm and tavern. To neighbors, it was a place to gather for a drink in the tavern room, and plan the government for their new town of Brighton. To the traveler, it was shelter from the wilderness of early 19th century New York.

  • In 2003 Steve and Jill Matthiasson, a pair of farmers and botanists by trade, opened their eponymous winery and set out to show a different side of Napa Valley wine. The pair embodies a spirit of independence and a commitment to sustainable agriculture, existing 21 years later as one of the few completely family-owned and organically farmed operations in a region synonymous with corporate ownership and operation of vineyards. Their rebellious spirit shows in their wines, where balance, freshness, and finesse shine in iterations of both legendary Napa grape varietals, and regionally experimental international varietals. Join us to experience these extraordinary wines intentionally paired with seasonally inspired cuisine by chef Dan Martello.
