The best the season has to offer. Hearty, inventive, delicious dishes inspired by the daily offerings of the market; fresh, local vegetables and natural, premium meats.

2 SALMANAZAR

Start by picking a cuisine of your choice, such as Italian, Indian or French. We’ll create a menu from scratch, centered in the styles of the selected region’s cooking. We include inventive wine parings to accompany the unique dishes of each course.

This dinner presents our expertise in preparing the finest seafood we can obtain. Fantastic delicacies from lobster to sea bass to langoustines to oysters to crab, prepared in an array of styles to best showcase their extraordinary flavors. Includes wine & Champagne pairings.

WINE PAIRINGS AVAILABLE

As in our main dining room, our Chef’s Table dishes are served ‘to share.’ Reservations for the Chef‘s Table require a minimum of 6 persons.
